Minimum Spend  

$1,500 Mon-Friday
$2,000  Saturday & Sunday
Additional cost can include
Wait staff $40/hour (per staff)
Travel fees apply for locations 20km outside of the CBD

Deposit and Confirmation   

A deposit of 25% is required to confirm a booking and is payable within 7 days. 

We reserve the right to decline any function that is not confirmed.

Final Numbers  

Final numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior to your function. Reduction in final numbers greater than 10% of original booking will be charged at 50% of the cost per head to cover costs incurred.
